Rapid Prototyping Services

From concept validation to production-ready parts

We help engineers and product teams validate designs quickly through 3D printing, soft tooling, and CNC machining, with real manufacturing insight from day one.

3D Printing (Metal & Plastic)

We support both plastic and metal additive manufacturing, helping clients quickly evaluate form, fit, and basic function before committing to tooling.

Typical materials
  • Plastics: PLA, ABS, Nylon (PA), PETG, TPU

  • Metals: Aluminum alloys, Stainless steel, Titanium Alloys, Tool steel (process-dependent)

Soft tooling / Bridge tooling

Soft tooling refers to molds made from non-hardened, relatively soft materials such as silicone, aluminum, designed for limited production runs rather than long-term mass production.

Typical mold life (practical ranges)
  • Silicone molds: 10–50 shots

  • Aluminum molds: 100–1,000 shots

  • Soft steel molds: 1,000–5,000 shots

    需确认

CNC machining is the most reliable way to produce prototypes that closely match final production parts in material properties, tolerances, and surface quality.

Typical materials
  • Aluminum alloys

  • Steel & stainless steel

  • Brass, copper

  • Engineering plastics (POM, PEEK, Nylon)

To be noiced, Glass fiber–reinforced materials are excluded from CNC prototyping due to the potential release of fine glass fibers during machining, which may affect operator safety and equipment longevity.
