Hollow Plastic Products

Rotational molding (rotomolding) produces hollow, seamless plastic parts by rotating a mold bi-axially inside an oven while plastic powder melts and coats the interior. It is ideal for large tanks, containers, outdoor equipment, and enclosures.

Tooling costs are significantly lower than blow molding or injection molding at equivalent sizes. The process produces stress-free, seamless single-piece products with uniform wall thickness and excellent impact resistance. Production runs typically take 3–6 weeks including material procurement and scheduling.

Quality Inspection: We apply a sampling approach scaled to order volume. Prototypes and small batches (≤5 pcs) receive 100% inspection. For medium runs we typically sample ~5% of the order. For very large production runs, a statistically representative sample is selected — ensuring meaningful coverage without delaying delivery.

Seamless Construction

No weld lines or seams — ideal for pressure vessels, tanks, and watertight enclosures.

Large Scale

Economically produce very large hollow parts that no other process can match.

Lower Tooling Cost

Cast aluminium tooling at a fraction of equivalent injection mold cost.
