High-Volume Plastic Parts

Injection molding is the most widely used plastic manufacturing process for producing large volumes of identical parts with excellent dimensional consistency, smooth surface finish, and a wide choice of engineering materials.

We design and build molds in P20/H13/S136 steel and run machines from 60 T to 1,000 T clamping force. New tooling (mold design + manufacture + first article trial) typically takes around 4 weeks for standard molds, and up to 6 weeks or more for complex geometries. Repeat orders using existing tooling ship in 15–30 days, depending on quantity and schedule. Note: minimum order quantities depend on part weight — for very small parts, raw material is purchased by the bag (typically 25 kg minimum), so small-quantity orders may carry a material surcharge.

Quality Inspection: We apply a sampling approach scaled to order volume. Prototypes and small batches (≤5 pcs) receive 100% inspection. For medium runs we typically sample ~5% of the order. For very large production runs, a statistically representative sample is selected — ensuring meaningful coverage without delaying delivery.
